Thank you for testing BuddyVision.  Please read the current list of reported bugs.  If the bug you have to report is not on the list, please send a DETAILED description to buddy@buddyvision.com A detailed report should include:

• Your Operating System, Internet Connection Type, Camera type, version of AIM 
• Network Information such as: a firewall, NAT or proxy
• Specific details of what you were doing when the error occurred.
